Proposal Writing

Enhanced Library Organization

May 10, 2011

Wouldn't it be great if you could give a file in your library a descriptive name and have another simpler name show in your business proposal?

We thought so too.  Announcing Internal and Table of Contents naming available in the Admin section of Paperless Proposal Software when you upload or edit a library file.

Now you can give your file a specific internal name such as Retail - Cover Letter - Bob Jackson, but in the proposal it will only show as Cover Letter.
Enjoy!
