The ClientPoint story

In 2008, a regional facility services company built a software tool — a cloud-based system for generating, managing, and tracking sales proposals — to help them compete with two industry giants.

It was a game changer. Sales close rates jumped up. Sales happened more quickly. Salespeople had more time to sell. And ClientPoint was born.

A dozen years later, those two industry giants are now our clients.

Today, leading brands across six continents and many industries trust ClientPoint to help them save time, increase sales, maximize revenue and make salespeople happy.

Yet our Mission is bigger. We’ve expanded to serve not just sales, but also every business relationship. Previously, Shane was a long time professional tennis player and coach.
