Leverage Your Website

Written by admin | Sep 5, 2012 4:00:00 AM

Add your actual website into the proposal table of contents & keep the viewer engaged within the ClientPoint environment. No need to provide them a separate link to view your website because it resides within your actual proposal or eBrochure.

This is great for including:

  • Interactive portions that are already built on your website
  • Information that changes frequently such as training dates
  • Forms
  • Differentiating your proposal
  • and more

Power Tool

We have seen this used to give much more power to proposals.  Some examples we have seen are:

  • Online training schedules that change often that are already on a website
  • Interactive maps
  • Payment forms
  • Membership forms
  • Detailed product information
  • The companies homepage to make it easy for a prospect to view it
  • Include vendor information

You already invested heavily in your website, why not leverage it within your proposal.

Page Viewing Stats

When a sales rep refers a prospect to a website they usually have no idea if that prospect viewed the information or how interested the prospect is.  Your webmaster may have this information, but it is usually not identifiable and is usually not shared with sales.

Bring this power to your reps so they know if a prospect viewed the webpage and how long the prospect spent on the web page.
